Assuming I handle the graphic design myself, what would these glasses cost to make?

Depends on the glass and design, single color vs multi colors. By the time you get a cool glass, pay out the ass for the relatively small order size and shipping, then spend all of your time packing them up and writing labels and shipping them... It might break even if you consider your time.

I think its a sweet glass, but I would probably drop it within a week because of the bent stem.

I don't necessarily like that you cant fill the glass all the way. The Bender with the bent stem was cool.
