Just sent this 28# monster out. Set to be delivered Friday. I just looked up the address on google and can't believe how small this town is. I've catered for more people in one day than the whole population in this town.

Delicious ribs perfectly smoked and i prefer unsauced anyway.
Teen son came in and grabbed one while I was "sampling" them and told me that they were better than mine

Buckaroo and Serrano chillis up next paired wonderfully with the tacos swmbo made for dinner. i think i should have either seeded them or only used one, still very drinkable but it's definitely got some bite to it

Start small, you can always add more.

The blood orange added a nice fruitiness and cut the the bitterness without overpowering the flavors already present.

The wasabi overpowered everything and i didn't even use a teaspoon

The basil on the other hand is very drinkable. I eat fresh basil all the time and even a large amount didn't drown out the hefe
