Attention fellow homebrewers, I have made the best beer and bottled it today.
I wanted to let you all know so everyone else can stop brewing - since I have already achieved the highest level. No point in wasting time to make things that cannot compare.
Seriously, for me its the best beer (First AG)...even though it just went into the bottle.
7kg: 2-row
2 kg: pale wheat
1 kg: flaked maize.
Saaz hop pellets: 3 oz boiling, 0.5 @30 min, 0.5 @ flame-out.
5.2 % ABV, Total : 33L in the bottle
SRM: 3.4, perfectly clear.
WY 2007 Pilsen Yeast.
12d in primary, 48 hr d-rest, 14 d in secondary. Ferm temp: 50F.
Now I just gotta wait.
Thanks to all for the great advice and input. I never could have done it without this forum.
Cheers.
