Attention fellow homebrewers, I have made the best beer and bottled it today.
I wanted to let you all know so everyone else can stop brewing - since I have already achieved the highest level. No point in wasting time to make things that cannot compare. :ban:

Seriously, for me its the best beer (First AG)...even though it just went into the bottle.

7kg: 2-row
2 kg: pale wheat
1 kg: flaked maize.
Saaz hop pellets: 3 oz boiling, 0.5 @30 min, 0.5 @ flame-out.
5.2 % ABV, Total : 33L in the bottle
SRM: 3.4, perfectly clear.
WY 2007 Pilsen Yeast.
12d in primary, 48 hr d-rest, 14 d in secondary. Ferm temp: 50F.

Now I just gotta wait.

Thanks to all for the great advice and input. I never could have done it without this forum. :mug:

Cheers.

Pumbaa, i saw the recipe and the calculations on your Holy Hell beer. If you don't have hair on your chest yet, I bet you will after you drink a pint of that:mug:

He probably does they just get burned off at regular intervals.
