Evening all!
First off, wanted to say thanks to everyone who has contributed to the vast amount of knowledge available here! Also a big thanks to Andy Biggs for his awesome site www.beerlabelizer.com. My first batch, a German style Altbier, is still getting happy in the carboy for another week, however, my Tripel will be hitting the boiler tomorrow night! So cheers to all the homebrewers out there, happy drinking!
