I just wanted to thank all the experts that post here. I'm new to home brewing thanks to a thoughtful Christmas gift of a brewing kit from my wife. There is not a single question that I have had that could not be answered easily by searching the forums.
After what seemed like many long weeks of waiting, I just sampled my first effort tonight. It's a Brewers Best American Pale Ale kit, and though it is more cloudy than I expected it still tastes great! My wife thinks it is too bitter for her, but that's ok. More beer for me, right?
I just picked up the Brewers Best Weizenbier kit for my next brew which should suit her and my BMC drinking friends a little better. I should have started this hobby a long time ago.
Thanks Again Everyone and Happy Brewing!
