I'm a new brewer with a couple dozen batches under my belt who decided recently to get more serious about making better beer. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and I've already picked up scads of tips. What a place. Knowledgeable people actively involved in advancing the process. Thanks for all your help. Hopefully one day soon, I'll be able to give back to the community.
