Hello,
I am officially starting my brewing hobby as of today. Although for the last 3 years I have been extract brewing at a commercial establishment (if that counts) and have been making wine for the last 15 years (WOW has it been that long) anyway I came across this website a couple months ago and I must say that I've got the fever more than ever. I started Edwort's recipe last week and plan on trying a dortmunder as my official 1st brew.
