As I previously posted i thanked for all the knowledge here in past and archived posts.
I just tried my first Brew (Choc. Dark Porter) still is green and not well carbonated yet after a month in the bottle. But will let sit for a long while til sampling again.
My 2nd batch however..(1 wk prim, 1 wk 2nd) and only 10 days into carb tasted wonderful and had a nice carb going. i actually chilled one more as it was so good.
Cant wait until it goes another 2-3 weeks.
