Cider guys - I have 3 gallons of cider that I kind of forgot about. Its been sitting for a couple months. I pulled a small sample and its bone dry. I have Truvia sweetner “with a hint of molasses” that I’m thinking of using to backsweeten it. Zero calories, AI and other stuff says its non-fermentable. The package says its a 1:1 sugar replacement. How much of that do you think it would take? Do you think 3oz per gallon would be enough/too much as a starting point? Since its not fermentable I could add it right at bottling. Does that 8g of carbs mean anything? I want to bottle carbonate this so I don’t want to sorbate. I don’t have space to put it in a keg. Thanks
