Hey ya'll. I'm a brand newbie and brewed my first batch yesterday (Brewer's Best American Cream Ale). I had a near panic when I accidentally put hops in the wrong order (they really should label those better! [LOL]), but I found this forum and knew not to panic. I hope to learn from this community and look forward to interacting with you scalawags.
