Tennessee Brewer

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Kunal (FIFT1, not 51 years old, it's my future company) from Nashville, TN. I'm about to brew my first ever batch of beer! I got a Brewer's Best kit from a local shop and will be using the BB IPA kit for my first batch. I plan on starting over the Christmas weekend.

I hope to learn the art of brewing and maybe even someday be able to share some of my brews with ya'll!

Hey Marley,

I went to All Seasons. I got the Brewer's Best standard kit from them, bought a plastic carboy, the IPA kit, and also a brewing pot from them. They seem like knowledgeable people and have answered all of my questions thus far.

Are you going to the beer tasting @ the Adventure Science Museum tonight?

Nope. Family and Xmas has me tied down.

All Seasons is where I get all my stuff. They are good people, but I am sure you can source cheaper equipment. I use a Turkey Fryer to boil my wort, and I got it off Amazon for around 50 bucks shipped, they cost a lot more at AS.

Cool store though. Close to Frugal MacDoogal's so I get two birds with one stone!
