Temp Controllers will they work just bought them?

Well in efforts to get one step closer to my brutus clone. I went rummaging though the local liquidation outlet. Normally they have everything you don't want. I went seeking some PID temp controllers. I walked out with 2x Omega Engineering Controller model #6072. Please let me know if I understand the tag correctly.

Model 6072-J-C1 (Just the model #)

Range 0-1400F J (Temp range using J Tylpe Thermocouples)

Supply 120/240 VAC (Will run on and provide either 120vac or 240)

Load 7/5A (Amps provided to output)

Unfortunitly I can not find a manual online, as I want to hook them up and test to see if they power on. The wires were just cut from the backs so I would assume they came from working devices. Can anyone let me know if I bought a useful product?
