Temp control help

Hello again HBT! I've decided to move forward with a keezer build and for that purpose purchased the Thermostar temp controller from Northern Brewer. I went with this model because it claimed it could heat and cool... well that's true but you can only do one at a time aka unplug freezer and plug in heat source. This is a problem due to my freezer being in the garage in Kentucky where for a day it may 10 degrees and the next it could be 75. I need something that can heat and automatically switch on the fridge to cool as needed. What's my best option here?
