Target Spiced Cider

I found Target sells gallon Spiced Cider for 3.69 (CT price). So naturally I thought Hard Spiced Cider. My first brew was just the Spice cider and Red star Premier Cuvee OG 1.050. Let it ferment for a month in primary moved to secondary for another month FG 1.006. Great flavor. The gallon bottled did not last long enough for me to let age.

So now I have two more gallons in primary, but I added two cans of concentrate
OG 1.060. Hopefully I can resist enough to let age.

I've found that the regular target cider (not spiced) also makes great Apfelwein. I'll have to try the spiced sometime.

Never saw a spiced cider for sale, maybe I need to check out a target store.
How has the still not ready to drink cider taste? It must have been at least drinkable.
