My 10+ year old mini co2 contraption finally died.
The last party I had to take my 5lb co2 tank - pain in the butt.
Since we are on the subject, I also use a cobra tap.

I know times have changed, what is the current favorite way to party keg? I am all about the bling also.
I have 5gal ball lock kegs.

If money isn’t an issue, I suggest looking into a rolling kegerator setup. Two 3 gallon kegs with taps, served by a 20 oz paintball tank. Around $350 total.

You could use a paintball co2 tank and regulator. I've used those c02 "chargers" and they work ok, but for my party set up, I take my 5 pound tank and kegs.

I’ve just used my small 5# tank. I have it with its own regulator for outside the kegerator things. I don’t see how it’s a pain. It’s small. Tank in one hand. Keg in the other. Party Time!
