Hey guys,
I read somewhere that Sam Smith Taddy Porter is bottle conditioned. I don't recall noticing this last time I had one, but its got me curious. Anybody know if this is true, and if primary yeast is in the bottle? I'd love to try culturing Sam Smith's yeast if I can!

The sams smiths yeast is available from white labs as a seasonal. I didnt notice any yeast in the taddy porter last time I had it, but I could have missed it.

Okay, thanks guys. I guess I'll stick with my 1469 timothy taylor then. I might try the white labs sam smith one of these days for comparison.

If you can wait a couple of weeks, it's coming around on the Seasonal/Platinum strain rotation again.
