I’m going to hate myself later (for getting involved), but as a woman, I find that the name diminishes her credibility. That’s not a sexist or anti-female stance. That’s a fact!

She may very well make excellent points, but she has to be prepared for someone to question her choice of nickname when it directly conflicts with what she’s saying about women not getting a fair shake in our industry. And questioning that nickname does not make someone sexist or misogynistic.

And can we get back to why we’re all here? Dystopian and their threats of violence and blatant homophobia. Or better yet, let’s just talk about their beer...

Well dude...it's not really up to you. She can call herself babe if she wants. It's odd, and yes kinda sexist, to police her "feminist" cred with regards to here jokey internet name, for the beer blog that she writes. What's it to you? And what did it even have to do with her opinion on barleywine or BIL memes anyways?

Firstly, babe is subjective but a confident image of self so its all good. Unless you are referring to synonym for infant. In which case I'm increasingly concerned that an infant is tweeting/posting about, and possibly consuming, beers on the internet.
