switching to kegging

I am in the process of switching over to kegging. I got some equipment gave to me but it was used for soda, my question is the pin lock fitting has soda goo on it I was just wondering if anyone had a good way to clean them or what is best to use

I would soak it in PBW or unscented oxyclean. Should do the trick.
