Swiss & French ingredients?

Hey Fellow Brewers! My buddy and I are looking to brew a commemorative batch of beer for the re-launching of the LHC. I was thinking of using exclusively/primarily Swiss and French ingredients, but have never searched for those specifically before. Any recommendations on a particular beer style or ingredients to include? We haven't even started to narrow down the field of possibilities so all suggestions are welcome!!

French malt is available from MFB. Two varieties of french hops are available that I know of, aramis and stresselspalt. I dont know of any particularly swiss ingredients, except white labs sells a Zurich lager strain, but thats only available in the fall.

Biere de Garde (and its variants) or a version of a belgian wit are the two common french styles.
