i made a Berry wheat beer for my wife it is a little sweet i gave her a taste and she said "it tastes like beer" so before i bottle a beer that i will be forced to drink because i wont just toss it out is there any way i can sweeten it before bottling
thanks in advance

You could add lactose or Splenda, but Splenda is pretty nasty stuff in my opinion. Even the lactose would make for a funny wheat beer I think. I hate to say it, but you're probably out of luck on this one. If you do add either of these ingredients, still add your priming sugar as usual.

You can also use xylitol. Makers of hard cider use it to back sweeten. Its a sugar alcohol sweetener that's not fermentable. XyloSweet is one of the products. Not sure where to get it - maybe health food stores?
