I'm going to make a woodchuck amber clone, I like my cider on the sweeter side, so im going to sweeten with splenda and then add priming sugar to carb in bottles, the question is if I ferment to 1.0 or lower will the yeast still be able to convert the priming sugar to carbonate?

Yeah. Yeast doesnt stop at 1.000 for some reason. What yeast are you using and what was you OG

When you add the priming sugar, your gravity goes up. No prob either way, though. My apple cider is just under 1.00 and it carbs fine.
