Sweeten NB Gold Smash

I understand that when I add something to sweeten this brew it wont be a smash any more. I'm using 6lb NB Gold with about 6oz of Citra with Safale04. Any suggestions on how to sweeten it just a little? Thanks in advance.

Just a question, Why would you want to sweeten it? I would think it will be plenty sweet as is. It is also, already, not a true SMaSH. Extracts, especially darker ones use more than one malt in their creation.

If you really want to sweeten it I would use some unfermentable sugar like Lactose.
