I work at home and I was digging thru my fridge looking for a snack and look what I found :



I know remember I hid it on the door when we were having a party bc i didn't want anyone to drink it!! I hid it good apparently.
Looks like this will be my beer during my mash time later today. Curious to see how it tastes a few months later.

Curious how you think it aged. I drink old IPAs all the time (we buy too much beer and brew too much beer that we can't drink all the IPAs fresh) and I usually think they are fine.

I just found a bottle of Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout in the back of my fridge from 2009! Now that's well hidden.

I enjoyed a Hopslam last night that I bought at Bell's the day it was released. Still tastes fantastic. I have two more bottles I am guarding like gold.

Just cracked while I'm mashed in. Tastes fabulous!! A little more malt backbone than I remember but still great bitterness. I wish I had hid more!
