FWIW, I brewed this a couple years ago and it turned out very good. I too like the character of Belgian yeasts. I also bottled some of it on bourbon. Thought this recipe might give you some insight.

Hey @Oldskewl, Just wanted to follow up on your post, I did brew the mustache envy recipe and liked it so much I've brewed it a handful of times since with some tweaks. Easy to brew and one of my favorite recipes, thanks for sharing.
