I live near Fennville but work as the Associate Winemaker at Fenn Valley Vineyards, near Fennville. Most of my work is lab work with the wines and juice, along with purchasing and blending trials. I also do some of the IT work here at the winery, networks and computer fixes, and so forth.
Someday I might retire back to my native Nebraska and would be nice to learn a bit of beer making. Might even delve into a small micro brewery in the end. one of my favorite beers is from Wisconsin called Sprecher's Dark Bavarian. I also like "Creamy Dark" a beer I find at Walmat locally.
