+1... This is definitely worthy of its own thread. I can't wait to see how it goes. I'll be taking notes for sure!

Put it in your cart with all your info then close the window. In a couple hours they will send a 10% off coupon. Within a day a 15% then in a couple days I got a free shipping code and the total was $135.
Where is everyone getting their 1.5" valves now? Prices are through the roof on eBay.
Yea its funny you spend 65-100 on the conical and can easily double the price in fittings. I think my tri clover fittings with a 1.5" sight glass and butterfly valve from brewers hardware was close to $100.
Do you mean $200? That's what I spent with shipping last week. $55 alone for.the butterfly valve.

Whats the current lag lime on the Rural King conicals. Im in Canada but going to visit a friend in Washington mid July. I was going to order 2 and bring them back with me, anyone think they'll make it there on time.
Did I read back up in this thread that to eliminate the plastic smell of the conical I should simply leave it in the sun for a few days?
Thanks
Is anyone using the weldless diptubes from keggle kits in their plastic conicals? It seems like a good solution for a dip tube. This is the last piece I need to figure out. That and sourcing a window a/c unit to cool the huge fermentation chamber I'm building, while satisfying the inner Puerto Rican and doing it as cheap as humanly possible.
