Last night was the August Burns Red Christmas show. Instead of the sold-out club show for 1000 people that we've had every year, they moved it a few blocks away to the convention center, so we instead had a sold-out show for 4000 people. Great performances, as usual.

Having said that, me, and my ears, are tired. Still have much to do today to prepare for Christmas, so:

Blues, BBQ, Honey do's might be a theme for next week. I've had my OK Joe smoker going on 22 years, a great investment. Has the 3/16" steel, should last the rest of my life. Oldest nephew has already claimed dibs on it, but I figure I got another 25-30 years to utilize it!!
