Sunday brew day! Pre brew thoughts?

I love this forum, not just for searching any question I get while pondering this wonderful hobby, but for opinions also. I'm brewing my 4th batch this weekend. Continuing my hop research, one hop at a time!
So far all I've brewed is 6-8% ABV and 90-120 ibu beers ipas and double ipas. In light of the approaching spring/summer, I want to try something different. This is my attempt at an easy drinking, low ABV not-quite-session (pale) ale(?) I'd love some feedback, opinions, thoughts, cautions; whatever you've got. Thanks guys!!

I would say move your 30 min addition down to 20 or even add it to the 15 min addition

Thanks Brett, is this to pull more flavor from the hops, rather than bittering properties?

Maybe split the 30 min addition between the 60 and 15 (20 min) additions? .5 oz each way?
