Please give feedback. This is my 3rd batch. Really enjoy this new hobby!
Batch size: 5 gallon
Boil size: 2.5
Grains:
2 lb pale malt
1 lb Carmel 60L
(Boiled at 155 for 30 minutes)
Extracts:
3.3 lb light Pilsen LME
2 lb wheat DME
1 lb amber candi Sugar
Hops:
1 oz hallertau (60 min)
1 oz hallertau (15min)
2 g grain of paradise (7 min)
Yeast wlp001 California ale yeast
Pitched at 75 degrees. Fermenting at 70-75 for 7 days then transferring to secondary and adding orange peel and lemon peel. Thoughts?
