Im planning on brewing an Imperial IPA soon. I have few ounces of summit hops that I wanted to try.
Grain bill for a 5 gallon batch:
12lbs 2-row
2lbs C-20
2lbs Vienna
1lb Carapils
Expected OG: 1.092
I wanted to do some combination of Summit, Warrior, Citra, and Amarillo.
I have the following at home:
5oz citra
3oz summit
1oz amarillo
2oz warrior
Anyone had good recipes/beers with summit? I need some ideas for the hop schedule, and a good amount of dry hopping?
