Hey all,
I'm planning on making an IPA on monday. I'm flexibile on the grain bill and can do anything, but was thinking the usual mostly 2-row with a little bit of carapils and crystal. SG of around 1.070. Planning on using S-04. I have varying amounts of the following hops and are looking for suggestions on how to use them:
Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Columbus and Apollo.
I can take a guess and kind of throw something together, but wanted to consult the experts
