So just tried the first batch that is far from done bottle conditioning and it was great. Has been in the bottle since Friday(so 5 days), and it was fairly carbonated(not to optimal amount yet), and was a bit bitter, but I love really bitter beers. Pumped to get more done!

already have a honey kolsch in the primary...might move it to the secondary(not really necessary) this friday since I am still trying to get some bottles. For my next batch, hopefully i'll be AG at that point, but regardless between four types of beers:Coffee, jalopeno/pepper,mint, or lemon. Which one will be the question!

I'm jealous, my first batch is still in the fermenter, and I'm going nuts-oid waiting to find out if it will be any good. No airlock activity at all today, I'm paranoid the fermentation is stuck ... must ... wait .... ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! Congrats!!! :)
