substitution for Maris Otter?

I'm looking to brew an 10 gal AG batch of an English Mild. I've brewed this recipe before using 11.5# Maris Otter. I'm stocked on American 2 row and was wondering what could I add to recreate same results using 2 row plus a specialty malt. I'm a fan of MO and hope the brew will come out as close as possible. Grain bill also includes 3# c 60 and 1# 10.4 oz chocolate malt if that helps. Thanks in advance ...Cheers!

2 row + Munich is commonly used to mimic the flavors of Maris Otter. For a recipe that used 10lbs of Maris Otter I'd probably use 9lbs 2 row and 1lb 6-7L Munich malt.

Maybe use a little Victory and/or Biscuit? Or toast some of your 2-row in your oven.

So I put this into Beersmith and it didn't change the specs really at all.
10# 2 row
1# Munich
4 oz victory
4 oz biscuit

too much toast?

Victory is just a domestic biscuit type malt. Just use that at around 3%.
