Hey there,
My local home brew doesn't offer Crystal 75L, only 60L and 90L. Any thoughts on how close they are to 75L or if there something else I could use?

Reading the flavor profile of C75, having never seen or used it before, it would seem you may be able to go with a mix of UK C60 and US C120, heavier on the C60. Maybe 70/30? Sixty will give you the caramel flavors, with the UK variety being a little stronger. One-twenty gives you the toffee, but a little too aggressive in the UK variety (closer to burnt caramel).

If you can get UK brown malt, it may be worth thinking about adding that to the mix? It's not a crystal, but it's flavor contribution may be worthwhile.

This is a handy site to look at a wide variety of malsters' grain profiles: http://countrymaltgroup.com/malt.asp
