13 Pounds 2-row (US)
6 ounces Maris Otter malt

Is there anyway to change the 2-row grains to a DME?

I dont think steeping 13 pounds would be very efficcient!

Well...

1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME so you could use 7.8lbs of DME.

That is of course unless my math is off and I misread your post as I am a little druck off homebrew right now, but I am pretty sure that is correct :)

I'm not druck and I agree with your math :D :mug:

This is from the DFH thread (I think that's what you're asking about)

When I did the conversion to extract for someone, I came up with this: (to get an og of 1.075)

8 pounds 8 ounces DME (or use just 8 pounds for an OG of 1.071)
1 pound crystal 40L

For a 3 gallon boil, the hops should be changed like this:

1 ounce warrior (instead of .75)
.75 ounce simcoe
.75 ounce amarillo gold

Dryhopping should be the same!

For a full boil, the original hopping schedule works.
