I made a big mistake last night and left the bung off carboy. It is a red pinot noir wine. Did I ruin it? Stupid mistake.

Was your dog able to get his tounge all the way down to the wine or just lick the top? I doubt overnight is a problem, did you add KM when you racked? WVMJ

I dont belive i added camden at that point. I found out about It when my son said it stank downstairs

No fermentation has been done for about a week

It will be just fine. Just forget that it happened. You'll be happy. Really no worries! I'm guessing the carboy was nearly full, so co2 was still blanketing the exposed area.
