Just racked an Irish Red into my secondary. Had been in the primary for 8 days. By day 3 in the primary it had stopped fermenting. Talked to the guys at the local homebrew shop and they told me to re-pitch. Did so and after day two in the secondary fermentaion has all but stopped...
