Ok so here's the deal... I have Brewers Best's Irish Stout extract kit in my fermenter right now (Irish Stout)

My OG was 1.050, and after a week my fermentation stopped at 1.032... I've read different things about stuck fermentation but have never experienced it before.

What should I do? Try to swirl it around and airaid it since it still has more than half of the sugar still in it? Repitch it with the same dry yeast? Repitch it with a liquid yeast?

While i've never had a stuck ferment, i would rehydrate dry yeast and pitch.

I'd say it's stuck. Try warming it up and gently swirling it first. Otherwise pitch more

Edit: what is the temp and what yeast did you use?
