stuck bung

I screwed up last night while playing around with my equipment.
I was checking to see if one of my bungs was the right size for one of my carbuoys. I somehow managed to get the bung stuck in the neck. It's in far enough that I can't grab it and pull it out.

Any tips for getting this out.
Surely I can't be the first person who has done this...
 
Nope, I did the same thing on my first batch. You have two options here. If it's still in the neck of the carboy, you should be able to pull it out with a bent coat hanger.

The less dangerous, and cooler way, is to wait until it's time to bottle or rack to secondary, and after the carboy is empty, do this:

Since it's still in the neck, I'll try to coat hanger first.
If it doesn't work, I'll push it all the way through and try the bag trick.
