What strength line do I need for my hops. I have some rated for 25 lbs. is that strong enough? What do you use?

I use Nylon, and I believe it's rated above 50 lbs. Nylon is absolutely superior to jute or cotton twine, as it is less influenced by outside conditions...namely rain and wind.

I started with a cord I purchased from the outfit I got my hops from, it was real rough like manila but a redish color. These cord lasted two years. I am know using nylon stretch cord / masonry cord. This seems to work the best. The bines do geet heavy and it is a real pain if the cord breaks and your hops end on the ground.
