Hello I am looking for an expert to tell me what the white particles in my cider could be. I used fresh pressed apples in a primary tank doses with Camden tabs. Let sit 24 hours and added yeast nutrient and pectic enzyme,

dry wine yeast sprinkled on top. Primary fermentation took for days and moved to carboy with 1.000 gravity to age. It's been in carboy two weeks and two days ago I noticed white particles floating to the top. Today there are several. Could this be mold or an infection?

That doesn't look too bad. I'd wait to see if it gets any worse. Every cider I've made (using actual cider, not juice) always gets all sorts of weird stuff floating around in it and they always end up falling back down to the bottom eventually. Fresh cider is full of all sorts of solids that take a while to bunch together and fall out of the liquid.
