Strange stratification in my beer after racking to secondary

Hey everyone, this is my 6th batch of beer I've brewed and the first time I've seen this. The day after racking I noticed this cloudy layer on top of my beer, it's lighter in color and has a distinc stratification line. Here's the info in the batch:
NB La Petite extract kit
Wyeast Belgian Abbey yeast
Full volume boil with a partial extract addition (1/4 at start, 3/4 at 15 mins left of boil)
Added some orange zest and coriander at flame out
Fermentation process was fine, but I noticed this ring of bubbles forming around the edges of the surface from the small bubbles coming up from the yeast cake. I searched online for another example of this but had no luck. Thanks for the assistance. The first attachment shoes the bubbles I mentioned in the primary, the second one shows the weird stratification after racking to the secondary.

That doesn't particularly worry me. The sediment will settle.

The bubbles look to be from co2.

The secondary looks extremely cloudy. How long did you leave it in primary? Did it reach final gravity before you transferred to secondary.

I do primary only for a minimum of 2 and usually 3 and my beers are more clear than that.
 
2 weeks in primary, racked after 4 days of consistent hydro readings showing it had hit final gravity. The bottom 3/4 of the carboy is clearing up but not the top 1/4, there the cloudy milky like stuff just hangs. I've never seen this before and this is my second time making this beer.
 
I have seen the very same coloration that the top of your wort is showing. It was in a petite saison I brewed. After aeration the entire wort was this color.

It looks like you have some very fine hop debris combined with yeast at the top giving your wort the color and much lighter appearance. The top of the wort also looks lighter in color because of more light penetration.

All of this will drop out to clear your beer.
 
Here's a better pic of the layering going on. Hopefully it's the same thing flars...and I know for a fact there wasn't star san left in the carboy lol :)

Looks the same. Don't worry. Continue on.

When I saw my colorful wort I was a bit concerned. Nothing could be done so I just pitched the yeast. It is day 11 for the Saison fermentation. Hydrometer samples are perfectly clear.
