Not quite a mistake, I am away from home for an 8 week internship and I thought it would be a good time to get a stout brewed and bottled while I'm here to enjoy throughout the next semester. Anyways I thought I brought all my ingredients but I accidentally forgot my E.K. Goldings and only brought Hallertau....... So I used them, 1oz at 60 min.... any opinions or thoughts on if this will be a mistake...
Origianally it was a stout kit with only 6lbs lme and 1lb roasted barley and 2 oz E.K. Goldings
I switched it up a little and made it a partial with 2lbs two-row, .5lobs flaked barley, and 1lbs roasted barley with the 6lbs lme and 1oz hallertau.......
