So I got a can of Coopers Stout and a can of Coopers Dark Ale on the cheap and I was thinking of combining them to make a milk chocolate stout toucan.
The plan is as follows:
1 x can Coopers Stout
1 x can Coopers Dark Ale
450 g lactose
? g cocoa powder steeped in vodka
4 shots espresso
2 packets Coopers yeast
1 packet Safale S-04
Since the cans are a little old I thought I'd throw in extra yeast as I've heard that can offset some of the issues that come with an older can.
I haven't yet figured out how much cocoa powder to throw in. Or if I'll need to add any sugar.
What do y'all think?
