After three weeks of primary at about 50*F, plus about four weeks of lagering at about 38*F, can a keg of lager be stored at about 70*F without any ill effects?

I only have room for six kegs in the kegerator.

Cooler is better. That beer is still younge from a lager standpoint but, keping it at 70 won't have any signifigant detrimental effects. Just not ideal for the style, so to speak.

Not a problem. You've already done a proper lagering so the flavor should have mellowed, and the beer cleared up. As long as sanitiation was good, it won't be a problem. Until recently I could ferment in the proper range but wasn't set up to lager (I am now) so some beer would sit in my basement which would be up to around 70 F in the summer. I'd finally lager for a couple of weeks when a spot in the kegerator opened up.
