Hi
I'm worried whether I'm storing my bottled beer at too high a temperature.
I'm able to brew in an unused washroom and control the temperature of my fermentation vessels quite well using cold water/ice baths.
However, once my beer is bottled, the only place I can store it, though dark, has an ambient room temperature of around 72f / 22c.
Is this too high for long-term storing over months?
Cheers all
