Thought I'd share this. It is a clone recipe of a Stone beer, but the local brew shop didn't have all of the hops the recipe called for. I did get comparable hops and did the AA conversions so it should be close- but the recipe has been tweaked. I noted what changes were made if you want to follow the original recipe from Stone.

16 lbs. 2-row
.5 lbs. crystal
2 lbs. flaked oats
1 lbs. chocolate
.25 lbs. roasted barley
.25 lbs. black malt
3 AAU Brewer's Gold (90 min) (original recipe called for Galena hops here)
2 AAU Willamette (60 min)
2 AAU Amarillo (60 min) (original recipe called for Ahtanum here)
6.5 AAU Columbus (60 min) (original recipe called for Summit here)
3.25 oz of cocoa power (15 min)
English Ale yeast
Mash @ 150 degrees
Ferment @ 66 degrees
