I started to say that this is what all India Pale Ales should strive to be, but that would discredit the amazing range that this style has, from the light and drinkable, to the more heavy and full seeming. But this one is unique in that despite the extreme bitterness, it is incredibly drinkable. It is highly effervescent which makes it very drinkable, it is also highly bitter, but at the same time a fruity sweetness comes through.
