Anybody have a clue how to make this?

From Stone Brewing: "Stone Delicious Double IPA can be brewed using mostly pale malt with some Munich and Vienna malts, and is 100% dry-hopped with Eldorado and Lemon Drop hops for a citrusy flavor."
That's a decent head start right there.
